well i found out my state board date!!! may 9th, i'm super excited since its only 3 weeks after i graduate. hopefully i pass and can be done with hair forever!!
did you watch the football games yesterday?? i sadly watched the patriots. i have no words left after what happened. and to be honest i really don't care about watching the super bowl now lol oh well, next year right?!
well i'm happy to announce that after my ankle being a little sore from the run on saturday, there is no pain today :). the only pain is my peeling lips from being sunburned lol and every second of my run tomorrow i will be wishing that i could just have a long run, but that won't be possible because of my stupid class. i guess that's why i went 15 last saturday, i just needed some long distance :)
yesterday we went to chipotle, and boy was it delicious!! a little rice, green sauce, black beans, guac, lettuce, and chicken (defiantly not paleo lol). it totally hit the spot though! especially since my off days i pretty much spend all day sleeping and eating. not sure why, but my body won't do much more on those days lol. must be it's way of recooperating and getting ready for the week.
today's workout!
1. 12lb dumbbells - 12x curls
2. 12lb tri pull downs - 12x
(repeated 2x)
3. 12lb row - 12x
4. 80lb leg press - 15x
5. sit ups - 25x
(repeat twice)
6. 25lb squats - 10x
7. 25lb lunges - 20x
(defiantly need to work on the above lol)
8. 50 bicycles (repeat twice)
9. hold legs at a 45 degree angle and do 50 sit ups
10. plank - 2:00 minutes
11. left&right side planks - 2:00 minutes
12. lay on back and hold feet 6 inches off ground for 2:00 mintes
*normally i repeat 10-12 twice, but instead decided to to do some handstands instead, really need to work on them!*
13. *still need to do* 4 sets of 5-10 pullups (will do at Chum Chum's house since he has a bar that isn't slippery)

I LOVE chipotle..that's so cute they wrote his and hers on them! Sorry to say, but I HAPPILY watched the Ravens vs. Pats yesterday.. :) I still can't believe we're going to the superbowl!
